Loving Kindness Course

An essential foundational Buddhist practice.

Commencing Thursday July 1st 2021 7-9pm

7 weekly Sessions – 1st July – 12th August inclusive

Learn about:

• The action of altruism

• Learning to love ourselves

• The power of invocation

• Compassion in working with ourselves

• The radiance of love and compassion

• Overcoming emotions

• Overcoming indifference

• Transforming hatred and resentment.

The course will include teachings and guided meditation practice by a variety of Buddhist teachers including Sogyal Rinpoche, Patrick Gaffney, Sharon Salzberg, Andrew Warr and Ian Maxwell. There will be ample opportunity for participants to engage in discussion and practice.
